Shipping & Returns

1. Due to the volume of our sales both on line and retail we may get sold out at any time, our stock counters get updated every evening (EST time), If your order includes an item that is out of stock it will be placed in backorder, We reserve the right to change product availability or cancel orders at any time. If you like more information on the actual availability of a particular item please contact us

2. We use UPS for all our shipping to the US, Canada and International, and is based on unit/weigh where 1 unit = 1 lb using UPS calculation standard to most worldwide destinations, for more information please visit www.ups.com
Sorry but we do not accept any other type of shipping method requests at the time being unless it is an extraordinary and reasonable situation.

3. Allow 4-6 days for processing and delivery within the US and one to two weeks for international.

4. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

Exchanges & Returns
We are happy to accept any item for exchange or refund within 20 days from receipt of goods. To exchange or return please send an email: returns@daddyesonusa.com with the invoice/order number, article code, size and reason for the return/exchange, Please be sure to include a *contact number phone number. If exchanging, please include article code, and size of the new item **. The items must be returned in their original packaging, tags on, and they cannot have not been worn, ironed, washed or modified in any way. PLEASE NOTE THAT BOXERS CANNOT BE RETURNED AND THAT STORES CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ITEMS BOUGHT VIA THE WEBSITE.

We ask that a Return Form that is enclosed with every shipment is completed and sent back with the merchandise that needs to be exchanged or refunded. You can print the return form here

Additionally a Return Label will also be included, attach the Return Label to the outside of the package and return through any UPS shipper or by insured mail.
If you are missing the Label or didn't receive one, please print document and use the following:

There will be a $5.00 re stocking fee added to all “return only merchandise”.
Due to the uniqueness of the items, all orders could be subject to inventory availability, **including exchanges.
You will be notified if the item(s) ordered are no longer available.
